Jili Games Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Platform Rules & Player Agreement

Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, or via different devices — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

When registering your Jili Games account, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, your date of birth and your preferred account currency (PKR). You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.

Your account login credentials — username and password — are confidential. You must not share them with any other person. Jili Games will never ask for your password via email, live chat or phone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

Jili Games is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Jili Games will not accept third-party deposits — any deposit received from a payment account not matching your Jili Games account details may be reversed and the deposit declined.

Jili Games reserves the right to perform routine checks on deposit sources to prevent money laundering and financial fraud. In such cases, additional documentation may be requested before a deposit is credited or a withdrawal processed.

Withdrawal requests at Jili Games are processed in PKR to your verified payment method. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Standard maximum single withdrawal limits apply by tier — Silver members may withdraw up to Rs 5,00,000 per transaction; limits increase progressively to unlimited amounts for Diamond Elite VIP members.

All of the following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• Your KYC verification must be complete and approved
• The withdrawal must be to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless you request and receive written approval from our support team to use an alternative
• Any active bonus funds in your account must have met their wagering requirements before the bonus amount or associated winnings can be withdrawn

Jili Games charges no fees on withdrawals for all account tiers. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside our control and are the responsibility of the player.

Jili Games offers various bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards and VIP Club benefits. Unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise, all bonuses are subject to the following standard conditions:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds must be wagered 30 times (30×) the bonus amount before they can be withdrawn. For example, a Rs 10,000 bonus requires Rs 3,00,000 in qualifying wagers before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within 30 days of being credited will automatically expire and be removed from your account.

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Jili Games platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Bets are confirmed at the time the system registers the placement — for live dealer games, this is when the betting window closes; for sports betting, this is when the bet slip is accepted by the system.

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a bet — whether at the player's end or on the Jili Games infrastructure — the affected round or bet may be voided and all stakes returned to the player's account. Jili Games will investigate such incidents and communicate the outcome to affected players within 48 hours.

Jili Games reserves the right to void bets placed as a result of a displayed error in odds, payout rates or game configuration. If a game is found to have been offering incorrect payout rates due to a software error, affected bets will be settled at the correct rates and any difference refunded or reclaimed accordingly.

The platform operates using certified random number generators for all RNG-based games. Live dealer games use physical cards dealt on camera. Both formats are independently verified and the results are not influenced by previous outcomes — each round is statistically independent.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at Jili Games and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account in your own name or in any other name
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age

Jili Games reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Discovery of ineligibility — including underage status, duplicate account or banned player
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, bonus abuse or money laundering
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months

In the event of account closure where no breach has occurred, verified funds will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5–10 business days.
